采用这种预留小孔的方式测量时,每一个测量孔都只反映一点高温的数据,因此不能采用依靠沿孔内标高变动水温计的方式为测量竖孔中各个标高部位的高温。具体测量设备组成部分为:测温管、玻璃温度计、水温测定仪护桶、尼龙线、水及管帽等部分。测温管是将薄壁细管子按直径截取后,再用薄钢管斗门加工而成。在浇筑前,将其垂直安装于基内,并将管道口露出于基顶部十五厘米以内,同时为了避免在浇筑和养护期内异物掉入测温管中,并且降低在维护期内环境温度变化对管内温度的影响,在测温方法管端穿上了管帽。管帽用超过测量管外径的细薄钢材制成,在管帽内垫上少许棉布或胶皮。测量期内,在测量管道一直维持40~50CM深度的水位。这些水经过与混凝土热量交流,其水温与该部位混凝土水温保持一致,并随着该部位混凝土水温变动而改变。玻璃棒温度计,在测量开始的前一天将放入测量温管,在每日测量时取出。而水温度计也并没有直接放入测温管中,而是装于垫有棉布的小护桶内以保持满桶水位,将小护桶用尼龙线系牢,然后放入测温管底。温度测定器就和小护桶一起浸入于测温管水中,而小护桶不但能保护水温测定器,同时在提起过程中,水温测定器随护桶里的水被同时抬起,可降低水温变化,进而提高管砼内水温测定的精确度。

After heat exchange with the concrete, the water temperature is consistent with the concrete temperature at this part, and changes with the change of the concrete temperature at this part.<br>The glass rod thermometer will be put into the measuring tube the day before the measurement and taken out during daily measurement. The water thermometer is not directly put into the temperature measuring tube, but is installed in a small protective bucket padded with cotton cloth to maintain the water level of the full bucket. The small protective bucket is fastened with nylon wire and then placed at the bottom of the temperature measuring tube. The temperature detector is immersed in the water of the temperature measuring tube together with the small protective bucket. The small protective bucket can not only protect the water temperature detector, but also lift the water temperature detector together with the water in the protective bucket during the lifting process, which can reduce the change of water temperature and improve the accuracy of water temperature measurement in pipe concrete.
